CHIROPRACTIC

Chiropractic & Sports Medicine

Dr. Tye LeDuc at Stillwater Spine and Sports Center in Kalispell, Montana

At Stillwater Spine and Sports Center, we are committed to your health, and we start by finding the cause of your condition rather than treating the symptom alone. Many sports injuries and chronic conditions are complex, and they respond best to a comprehensive approach.

Our care is led by a sports-medicine trained chiropractic physician, and our goal is a positive long-term outcome, not just short-term relief. Our comprehensive approach not only allows for faster resolution of pain, it provides long-term benefits, not just symptomatic relief.

We work closely with many of the Flathead Valley's specialists and often co-manage patients. To request an appointment, please call our office.

  • Joint mobilization and manipulation

Soft Tissue Mobilization

  • Our primary focus is the soft tissue component of injury (muscles, tendons, ligaments, bursae, fascia, and nerves), working to restore normal texture, flexibility, and function. It includes transverse friction massage, myofascial release, and neurofascial release.

Transverse Friction Massage (TFM)

  • Deep, specifically directed pressure used to remodel scar tissue so the soft tissue becomes more flexible and functional.

Kinesio Taping

  • A rehabilitative taping method that supports muscles and joints without restricting range of motion, extending the benefits of in-clinic manual therapy.

Myofascial / Neurofascial Release

  • Gentle, sustained, directional pressure to address fascial adhesions from injury
  • used for chronic pain, peripheral nerve entrapments, and other injuries.

PNF Muscle Stretching

  • An advanced flexibility technique used to improve range of motion, reduce post-exercise soreness, and support muscular strength and coordination.

Joint Manipulation

  • A passive procedure performed by the doctor to mobilize the joint, used to relieve musculoskeletal pain, support recovery from sprains, and improve range of motion.
